Spring shoes are finally able to be worn (even in Erie, PA where it’s always an extra long winter) and I’m loving the trends this year! From leopard print, to mules, to a woven look, there’s a style for everyone’s taste. I haven’t always been the biggest purchaser of shoes in the past. I would buy a few staple shoes every year and leave it at that. I’m no Carrie Bradshaw with her separate shoe closet, but I have definitely grown to purchase more shoes as I get older. I have more clothes than I know what to do with and more purses than there are months in the year, but shoes… I’m catching up!! To me, spring is all about effortless style that’s light and transitional. Flats and slides are the perfect way to exhibit that look. Here are my favorite styles for spring that go easily with any outfit, can be dressed up or kept casual and are all affordable! I’m wearing a size 8 in all shoes •true to size• except the strappy wedges where I sized down a half size and am wearing a 7.5. “When one door closes, a shoe box opens.” -SJP
